Retreat Paros brings together two lovingly restored buildings that belong to the old fabric of the town. One stands a few steps from Kato Yalos beach. The other sits on the main agora, the most charming pedestrian street in Parikia.

Each apartment is designed with soft Cycladic whites, natural textures and gentle European notes. The spaces feel calm, clean and inviting, offering a quiet base from which to enjoy the island.

The Fisherman's House

A traditional fisherman's home set just fifty metres from Kato Yalos beach.

The area is full of life, with cafés and restaurants all around, yet the house remains calm inside its walls. The apartments are finished with patiti floors and soft natural tones, and each has a private terrace with a view towards the sea.

The Agora House

An old stone residence located directly on the main agora of Parikia.
This street is one of the most atmospheric parts of the town, with small shops, cobbled paths and a warm local rhythm. 

The building keeps its original stone details and arches, paired with clean Cycladic design and understated furniture. Two apartments look out over the agora from their balconies. Two others have private patios tucked quietly at the back.

About Retreat Paros

Retreat Paros was created with the idea of offering simple beauty.

The two buildings were restored with respect for their history, keeping their original character while bringing comfort and clarity to every room. Patiti floors, stone openings, blue windows and soft lighting shape a peaceful atmosphere that feels naturally Cycladic.

The interiors are intentionally minimal. Every colour and texture is chosen to feel fresh, quiet and balanced. The style is discreet rather than loud, with small European touches that sit easily within the space.
